How a visit works
Before opening in 2018, we asked 400 people what they disliked about going to the hairdresser. The salon grew out of their answers.
When you arrive
Your stylist is ready at the time you booked, with no standing around at the door. You sit down and we start by talking: what you want, what is possible, and what will still work when you style it at home in the morning.
During your appointment
Artisan tea, espresso or a cocktail, complimentary and as much as you like. No music drowning out the conversation, and plenty of room between the chairs. It is the one moment of the day when nobody asks anything of you.
When you leave
You pay the price on the menu, with no pressure to buy anything. Your next appointment can be booked online at any time, and moved just as easily.
Since 2018, we have done the hair of 11,300 different people, and 96% of them left satisfied.
